General Terms & Conditions

Order emails are checked frequently during office hours (9am - 9pm GMT). Mods and templates are sent out manually as zip files, usually within 12 hours by email. On weekends you may experience a slight delay.
Mods and templates will be sent to your order email address unless you request otherwise. If you are concerned you have not received your mod(s), please check your spam/junk email filter.
Ensure your email mailbox can accept attachments, or you may experience a delay in receiving your mods.
Install any mods and templates at your own risk, please make sensible backups. You can purchase installation services should you need them.
Some of the mods and templates require basic-intermediate HTML and CSS knowledge and may require you to make PHP modifications.
Some category menu mods may not suitable for stores with many hundreds of categories. Please enquire beforehand.
Mods are not always supported when used with some third party mods or templates, or if your store is modified in an extreme or unconventional way. Please enquire beforehand.
Some mods are locked to a domain and may require an Ioncube loader.
All mods come with step-by-step instructions (no awkward .diff patch files).
We will not perform installations on, or support websites that are 'adult' themed, pornographic or questionable in nature.
Mod updates are usually free when available, in some cases we may ask for a small fee.
Any access details you provide to us are held in the strictest confidence and deleted once we have completed the work.
Personal details such as your email address are held in strict confidence and are not shared with any third parties.
Before you purchase any mods or templates, please be sure they are suitable for your store. We cannot refund your order if you change your mind.
Prices and mod/template specifications may change at any time.
We cannot be held liable for any damage or loss sustained by installing our mods or templates.

Refund Policy

Due to the largely open-source nature of our products, orders are final. There are no refunds or exchanges, even if you ordered the wrong mod by mistake. Refunds are only possible if you have ordered installation services with your mod(s) and we were unsuccessful in integrating the mod(s). Some of our encoded mods can be trialed before purchase.

Snippets and free mods are provided without warranty of any kind, use at own risk.
Due to the ongoing updates to X-Cart, freebie mods may become outdated and incompatible with later X-Cart versions.
We cannot be held liable for any damage or loss sustained by installing our free mods.
