X-Cart v4.4.5 Released

X-Cart v4.4.5 was released on 25th Jan, a worthy update with plenty of fixes.

The Ability Template demo has been updated to X-Cart v4.4.5 and all seems fine so far.

New handy mod - X-Cart Live Multiple Currency Display v4.4.x

Our PostcodeAnywhere integration service is now fully compatible with X-Cart v4.4.x, with fastlane checkout, one page checkout, or other third party checkouts if required.

More new mods and templates on the way soon.

Finally, our new template, Ability, is released.

Ability is an advanced, all-purpose X-Cart v4.4.x template solution, with a rich amount of layout possibilities and features built-in.

X-Cart v4.4.4 released. Smart Template has been updated to be compatible with X-Cart v4.4.4.

Our new template will be released in October, apologies to anyone hanging on for it, but we're adding a lot of features to this one.

Just a note to say that the new v4.4.x template will be here reasonably soon! No firm launch date at this time, but hopefully within 2-3 weeks time.

It's become rather complex with the the amount of features included and it's taking a while... we want to get this right first time. We also hope to have it fully documented in time for launch. Thank you for your patience.

An exciting new v4.4 template is currently in development and we anticipate releasing it sometime in July.

Due to overwhelming commitments with development, we will not be performing any custom work or installations until further notice.

Following the success of the Smart Template, our new template offering will have considerably more custom features and will represent a huge timesaver for developers as well as excellent value for money.

The new Smart Template will be launched around the time that X-Cart v4.4.1 is released (Sept 25th) - Roadmap

A lot of bugs were found in v4.4.0, as is typical on all new X-Cart branches.

Vertical flyouts and horizontal dropdown menus released for v4.4.x.

X-Cart Audio Player updated for v4.4.x.

X-Cart v4.4 and Smart Template News

So at last, v4.4.0 is released ! I'm sure there will still be minor bugs, as with all new releases, but it's definitely the recommended platform to use right now.

Mods will gradually be ported over to v4.4.x - In the meantime you can assume that they are not yet compatible, details will be published on the products pages when they do become compatible.

Work on the Smart Template for v4.4.x is under way and progressing well. There are many new features and improvements. It will be available for purchase very shortly, so stay tuned for details.
